CE marking of Floor: EU Commission pointed that it is forced to mark CE on wood floor and engineered wood floor, which is used for exporting, from the date of 1st, Mar., 2008 (accord with constructive product directive 89/106/EEC and European harmonious Standard EN14342); The floor coverings like laminated floor, PVC floor, resilient floor for export are forced to Mark CE from the date of 1st, Mar., 2007 (accord with constructive product directive 89/106/EEC and European harmonious Standard EN14041). Also, CE marking of wood floor, laminated floor, resilient floor, carpet should be carried out by European Notified body under conformity attestation system 3. Under system 3, the CE marking is accepted by all importers, especially to European big buyer, and effectively avoid Europe technical barrier to achieve freedom sales.
